Hey everyone, it is Neil West with the City of Hamilton, within the Ordinance Department. I hope that everybody has had an awesome summer and are looking forward to the upcoming Fall Season. The morning and evening temperatures say that Fall is just around the corner!
The reason that I am reaching out to the citizens of Hamilton is to remind them of some of the Animal Ordinances that Hamilton has on the books, particularly on the subject of Dogs. Hopefully with this reminded information, we can work together as a team or a united City of Hamilton to take better care of the dogs that we already own and also to help decrease the number of stray dogs that the city is facing today. If you own a dog(s), have the responsibility of taking care of a dog, possibly pet sitting, or even just thinking about getting a dog and doing your homework first, please continue to read.

City of Hamilton Water customers can now pay their utility bills online 24/7 with a credit card, debit card, or ACH (eCheck). This service is provided through Pay N Seconds, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. To make a payment through this service, simply click on the Click to Pay button below and you will be instantly directed to Pay N Seconds. If you are using this service for the first time, you will be prompted to register a new Pay N Seconds account prior to making your payment. When registering your account, you will need your CUSTOMER # and PIN from your utility billing statement. If you have more than one utility account with City of Hamilton Water, Pay N Seconds allows you to add multiple utility accounts under the same login. Please register first with your main utility account.
